Remedial Massage treats aches, pains, and injuries to aid in body repair and recovery.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

A therapy that aims to treat aches, pains and injuries to help the body repair and recover.

The focus is on treating tense and knotted muscles with a variety of techniques which can be used as a form of recovery.

WHO IS IT RELEVANT FOR?

Anyone can come and get a massage. Whether you are an athlete, pregnant mum, stay at home parent, desk worker, or tradie. Everyone is welcome!

VARIOUS TECHNIQUES

Cupping is really useful as it promotes blood flow through the area and allows the therapist to release the muscle more effectively before doing hands on treatment. Trigger pointing is good for relaxing your muscles with continual pressure until the trigger point is released.

Hands on treatment is deep tissue pressure that releases the muscles to improve daily performance.

WHY REMEDIAL MASSAGE?

Helps increase the range of motion and flexibility. It helps correct muscular disparities and improve posture, which will assist in improving overall physical output. Remedial Massage helps with pain relief and management by promoting blood blow and helps reduce stress.

Regular massage helps prevent sore muscles after exercise or from daily activities - treat it like a form of recovery.
