With a decade in elite sports, Ashley, former Head of Rehabilitation at Essendon Football Club (AFL) and Head Physiotherapist at Western United (A-League), brings top-tier care and expertise to Foundry Athletic.

Coming from Ireland, Niall has worked in both professional and international rugby union as well as with the Irish women's Olympic field hockey team. He has also completed concussion research with the National Collegiate Athletic Association in America and with World Rugby.

A Myotherapist with a background in Gymnastics trained at RMIT after overcoming personal injuries. She volunteered in Cambodia, treating communities and athletes. Now, Adriana directs at Foundry Athletic, also serving as a Myotherapist & Strength Coach.

Peter is a National level runner in middle-distance track and has spent 10 years working in the Fitness and Sporting Industry, bringing experience across the AFL and Coates Talent League as the current High Performance Manager of the Sandringham Dragons Football Club (U18 Boys).

As a former cricketer at Melbourne Cricket Club in premier cricket, Steve has an understanding of the demands of playing sport at an elite level.
