This unique 10-week program, delivered in partnership with Foundry Focus, blends practical, real-world strategies with proven psychological frameworks. Through weekly sessions, you’ll develop and master key mental skills such as focus, confidence, resilience and mindset, helping you perform at your best both on and off the field.

MASTER MENTAL SKILLS
This structured 10-week program is designed to build an elite mentality through proven psychological frameworks and practical performance tools. Delivered in a focused small-group setting, each session includes a hands-on toolbox and accredited breathwork techniques to improve focus, resilience and performance on and off the field.
