EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

Exercise Physiology introduces guided rehabilitation, showcasing in-depth knowledge of human physiology and how exercise can be adapted to achieve individual performance and health goals.

Grounded in modalities including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and DBT, our approach helps athletes and everyday performers build focus, resilience and mental flexibility, so they can stay present, handle pressure and perform with purpose, both in sport and in life.
