OUR SERVICES

We offer a range of nutrition services to support athletes, active individuals, and anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing.

Initial Sports Dietitian Assessment

A 60-minute consultation to assess your nutrition goals, lifestyle, medical history, and training demands. This session provides personalised strategies to support performance, recovery, or body composition, along with education on meal structure, fuelling, hydration, and supplement use (if relevant).

Follow-Up Consultation

A 30-minute review to monitor progress, adjust goals, and refine strategies.

Ideal for tracking improvements in energy, recovery, or performance, and for ensuring your nutrition plan continues to align with your training or health priorities.

Body Composition Assessment

A 15-minute appointment using 7-site skinfold measurements to track muscle and fat mass changes. Includes a brief review of nutrition and training goals, ideal for athletes monitoring progress across a training block or season.

Rehab Initial Assessment

A 45-minute consultation focused on supporting recovery and rehabilitation through nutrition. Targets muscle retention, tissue repair, and energy balance during periods of reduced activity, suitable for post-operative, acute injury, or long-term rehab support.

Our key strength is guided exercise on the gym floor, supported by ongoing collaboration with our physiotherapy team..

This allows us to progress or regress exercises on the spot, provide immediate technique corrections, and accelerate recovery and performance. This approach ensures individuals move better, feel stronger, and achieve measurable results sooner.
