The FAST Rehab pathway
Seven stages back to full speed.
Every athlete enters FAST from one of two lanes — depending on whether you're building speed or rebuilding trust in your body. Both are reviewed on the same 10-week cycle, by the same coaching team.

STAGE 1
ASSESS
Injury history, sport demands, current movement, confidence and capacity.

STAGE 2
RESTORE
Rebuild access to key positions and qualities lost through pain or compensation.

STAGE 3
RELOAD
Progressive exposure to force, speed, landing and braking demands.

STAGE 4
Rebuild Speed
Reintroduce acceleration and sprint mechanics with rhythm and intent.

STAGE 5
Reintroduce Change of Direction
Deceleration, cutting and re-acceleration for real match demands.

STAGE 6
Return to Performance
Back on the park — with confidence and a clearer understanding of how you move.

STAGE 7
MAINTAIN
Ongoing exposure to speed, strength and mobility to stay out of the cycle.
COACHING
