FOUNDRY FIRST OVERVIEW
Foundry First is an introductory, weekly class based membership for 12-15 year olds, covering all areas of Physical and Mental Athletic Development. Please note - athletes are able to complete the program multiple times as Coaches will adjust based on individual needs and capabilities.

About the event
This program follows a weekly class based structure, with different focus areas each week.
There are 10 classes included for Term 2, 2026 and the classes begin the week beginning Monday July 13th, 2026.
Families are asked to select their first and second preference from the following options when completing their Membership registration:
