COMING IN 2026 / PLATINUM BY FOUNDRY

WHERE BESPOKE TRAINING MEETS PREMIUM HEALTH & WELLNESS
WHO IS FAST FOR? - Every sport that runs, cuts, or reacts.
— WHAT IS FOUNDRY FAST?
Individualised programming tailored to your goals
Foundry FAST is Foundry Athletic's dedicated speed, movement and return-to-performance system
Built for the full athlete, not a stopwatch number. We look at how you accelerate, sprint, brake, cut, absorb force and hold up under the demands of your sport.
Coach-led. Technology-supported. The data helps us see clearly — the coaching turns it into better movement.

Junior athletes building better speed foundations

Advanced athletes preparing for selection

Athletes who feel fit, but not fast

Athletes bridging the gap from injury back to sport

Two ways in
One split.
Same finish line.
Every athlete enters FAST from one of two lanes — depending on whether you're building speed or rebuilding trust in your body. Both are reviewed on the same 10-week cycle, by the same coaching team.

FAST PERFORM
For healthy athletes who want to get faster and move better. Track sessions, small-group coaching, video review and testing blocks — built around the qualities that actually transfer to your sport.

FAST REHAB
For athletes returning from ACL, hamstring, tendon, ankle or back injuries — cleared by the clinic, but not yet ready to sprint, cut or compete at full speed. This is the bridge for that last 20%.

The FAST Rehab pathway
Seven stages back to full speed.
Every athlete enters FAST from one of two lanes — depending on whether you're building speed or rebuilding trust in your body. Both are reviewed on the same 10-week cycle, by the same coaching team.

STAGE 1
ASSESS
Injury history, sport demands, current movement, confidence and capacity.

STAGE 2
RESTORE
Rebuild access to key positions and qualities lost through pain or compensation.

STAGE 3
RELOAD
Progressive exposure to force, speed, landing and braking demands.

STAGE 4
Rebuild Speed
Reintroduce acceleration and sprint mechanics with rhythm and intent.

STAGE 5
Reintroduce Change of Direction
Deceleration, cutting and re-acceleration for real match demands.

STAGE 6
Return to Performance
Back on the park — with confidence and a clearer understanding of how you move.

STAGE 7
MAINTAIN
Ongoing exposure to speed, strength and mobility to stay out of the cycle.

Video Analysis
Running-specific profiling, frame by frame.

FORCED PLATE TESTING
Power and load, measured at the source.

Kinogram Review
Before-and-after comparison, position by position.

SPEED SOLUTION Reports
Change-of-direction data where it's needed.

Overview of the program — session structure, expectations, what days, time and how everything works. (program, booking system)
-
Goal setting conversation — why are they here? What sport, what timeline, what's most important?
-
VALD strength testing — lower limb force production, asymmetry screening, going through main tests to see what they are proficient in
PART 2
Track (60 min) @ Sandringham Aths Track
-
Movement observation — coach observes the athlete completing the full warm-up and notes quality across positions, shapes, and patterns.
-
Speedworks capture steady camera capture of one of the following ( or if they have purchased multiple complete the ones they have chosen) - you get one as a part of the consult, it is an extra $50 for each capture from then.
- Acceleration

- COD effort -
Submit footage post-session for report. This normally takes 24-48 hours, and this will be discussed after the reports have been made.

— TrainING like an elite athlete starts with knowing exactly where you stand.

Know Your Numbers. Unlock Your Speed.
Every athlete begins with our Elite Performance Assessment—the same style of testing used in professional sporting environments. We measure how you move, produce force and run, then compare your results against elite performance standards to identify where you'll improve the fastest.
Your results become the blueprint for your training, allowing us to recommend the Foundry FAST membership that's right for your goals.
