TRAIN. LEARN. PERFORM.

TWO WEEKS. THE FULL ATHLETE EXPERIENCE.

Give your young athlete the opportunity to experience how athletes train, move and prepare in a high-performance environment.

Designed for aspiring athletes aged 12–14, Foundry Athletic's School Holiday Program combines expert coaching, athletic development and performance education across two action-packed days.

WEEK 1
FOOTY FOCUS
SPEED
POWER
AGILITY
WEEK 2
NETBALL FOCUS
SPEED
JUMPING
AGILITY

SAME FOUNDRY EXPERIENCE.
DIFFERENT SPORTING FOCUS.

Both weeks combine Foundry's core athletic development program — including performance training, injury prevention, nutrition and recovery — with activities tailored towards the featured sport.

That last bit is important from a marketing perspective. Week 1 can feel like an AFL Grand Final school holiday special, while Week 2 can have completely different netball creative, without you needing to reinvent the operational side of the program.

The FAST Rehab pathway

Seven stages back to full speed.

Every athlete enters FAST from one of two lanes — depending on whether you're building speed or rebuilding trust in your body. Both are reviewed on the same 10-week cycle, by the same coaching team.
